At your request, we have prepared this letter providing our third round of geotechnical review
comments for the project that are focused on the referenced revised geotechnical report prepared
by HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) dated August 30, 2023. Based on our review, the information
provided in the referenced documents (HDR, 2023b) have generally addressed the comments
presented in our review letters (Ninyo & Moore, 2022 and 2023) and we have no further comments
at this time.
