A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, Trustee Stan Schatt was appointed to the Library Board of Trustees in July 2021 for
a term ending in June 2025; and
WHEREAS, Trustee Schatt resigned in January 2024; and
WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy on the Library Board of Trustees exist s with a term ending
in June 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Library Board of
Trustees, for a term ending in June 2025, or until a replacement is appointed.

Carlsbad on the 26th day of March, 2024, by the following vote, to wit:
