ln accordance with your request, Hetherington Engineering, Inc. has provided third-party
geotechnical review of Reference 5. Based on our review, the Geotechnical Consultant has
responded to our prior comments, and we have no additional comments. Observation and
testing by-the Geotechnical Consultant during grading and construction should be required to
verify anticipated conditions or to revise the geotechnical recommendations as considered
necessary. A final geotechnical report of grading and construction should be required.
